Refund Eligibility Conditions
Full refunds are granted if a service request is cancelled in writing prior to project kickoff or before technical deployment commences. Partial refunds are calculated based on work milestones completed.
Article Processing Charges (APCs)
If a manuscript is rejected during peer review prior to acceptance, no publication fee is charged. If a manuscript is withdrawn by the author after peer review has commenced, editorial screening costs may apply.
