Unless stated otherwise, articles published under open access are distributed under Creative Commons licenses (CC BY 4.0). Authors retain copyright of their research while granting Future Matrix Publications the right of first publication.
Publishing Agreements & APC Terms
Service scope, delivery milestones, and Article Processing Charges (APCs) are defined in written service agreements prior to project execution. All terms comply with COPE publication guidelines.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
