Manuscript Preparation & Submission Guidelines
Future Matrix Publications is committed to facilitating a smooth, transparent manuscript submission and peer-review process. Authors submitting to journals published or hosted by Future Matrix must follow the guidelines detailed below.
Adhering to these structural and technical specifications ensures rapid editorial screening, accurate peer-review assignment, and high-quality typesetting.
Manuscript Structure Requirements
Title Page & Author Metadata
The manuscript title must be concise and descriptive. Include full names, institutional affiliations, ORCID iDs (where available), and designated Corresponding Author email address.
Abstract & Key Words
A structured or unstructured abstract of 150–250 words summarizing research objectives, methods, key findings, and conclusions. Provide 4 to 6 relevant index keywords.
Main Body & IMRaD Format
Original research papers should generally follow the standard IMRaD structure: Introduction, Materials & Methods, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion.
References & Citation Style
In-text citations and reference list entries must strictly adhere to the journal's specified style (APA 7th, IEEE, Vancouver, or Chicago). Always provide valid DOIs for referenced articles.
Figures, Tables & Supplementary Materials
High-resolution vector figures (PNG/JPEG min. 300 DPI or SVG/EPS). Tables should be editable text tables with descriptive captions placed above each table.

Before uploading your manuscript to the journal's online submission system (OJS), please confirm the following items:
Work is unpublished & not under review elsewhere.
All authors linked with valid ORCIDs.
Ethics approval & grant details declared.
Crossref DOIs added to reference list.
